Michael will be in NYC May 29-31 for the annual Book America Expo (BEA) and Book Con. Both events are open to the public and are held at the Javits Center (655 West 34th Street).

Below is his schedule of events:

May 29, 11:00AM: BEA Inside the Mystery Writers Studio Panel

  • Open to BEA attendees

Michael will participate on a panel of five mystery novelists moderated by Jeff Abbott.

Abbott will lead an engaging discussion about what drives – and challenges – these top-selling and most beloved mystery novelists. Topics include:  Who are their favorite writers?  What are they reading now?  How do they combat writer’s block?  How do they feel about publishing in an increasingly digital age and marketplace?

Also, find out little known truths about the people behind their blockbuster bestsellers with an open discussion about inspiration, what, if not writers, they might like to be, and much more.
